SLR provides Business Formation & Compliance support designed to help entrepreneurs establish and maintain their businesses. Services may include assistance with business formation, EIN applications, registered agent support, and general compliance organization.
How are property inspections handled?
SLR conducts scheduled property inspections to help owners stay informed about the condition of their investment. When concerns are identified, we document them, communicate with the appropriate parties, and coordinate necessary follow-up or maintenance based on the property management agreement.
How does SLR approach resident screening and placement?
SLR believes responsible housing decisions should consider the whole applicant—not simply a credit score. Screening may consider factors such as income and ability to pay, employment or income stability, rental history, background information, and other applicable qualification criteria. Through our Second Chance approach, past financial challenges do not automatically define an applicant’s future opportunity. All screening criteria are applied consistently and in accordance with applicable fair housing requirements.
